Bastille Day Celebrations
Cobh and Harbour Chamber President Toddy Stafford and Vice-President Colin Morehead were honoured to attend the Bastille Day celebrations at the Residence of France and to bid farewell to H.E. Mr. Vincent Guerend, Ambassador of France to Ireland who will shortly leaves our shores to take up his new role as Director of the European Union at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This prestigious event highlighted the robust business, cultural, and educational collaborations between our two nations. As our closest EU neighbour, France shares many of our priorities, particularly in energy and sustainability. We look forward to further strengthening the business ties and friendship between our countries.
