We are delighted to welcome Moira Murrell, Chief Executive of Cork County Council, as our guest speaker. Ms Murrell commenced her role in June 2024 following a ten-year term as Chief Executive of Kerry County Council. She previously worked as a Divisional Manager and Director of Service with Cork County Council. A graduate of University of Limerick, she also holds a master’s degree in public management.
