President’s Gala Dinner

President’s Gala Dinner

“As President I was so proud to represent Cobh & Harbour Chamber last Friday night, to celebrate 65 years of the Chamber’s success. Personally, it has been an incredible journey over the last 3 years, I have loved every minute of it and will continue to work closely with you all.

A special thank you to The Government, Stakeholders and Members, for your ongoing support and encouragement.  Together with sincere thanks to our sponsors Inis Ealga Marine Energy ParkDP Energy, and Iberdrola.

As mentioned on the night, we as a Chamber have 3 key messages – Energy Security, New Access Road to Cobh and Housing and they are very much on the top of our agenda.

Ireland with Cork Harbour as a centre of gravity could be the battery of Europe, all the ingredients are on our doorstep.  Cobh and the greater harbour area are in a significant position to both support this and develop the local economy and business community. Collaboration, engagement, and information are key in order to embracing change to ensure our future is safe.
Thank you again to everyone for making it such an amazing evening!”
